To enable Live Transcript, find the Closed captioning settings in the Zoom account settings of the host account. It's recommended to find this section by searching with Ctrl + F and entering caption or transcription.
Make sure Closed captioning is on as well as Enable live transcription... and Save Captions are on.
The transcript should save in the location OneDrive - Adler University\Documents\Zoom\[meeting name]. This should be the same location recordings are saved in.
The transcript will save as a .txt file so you can open it in notepad. The format will keep timestamps with each entry but not names.
Notes:
Transcriptions will save independently of recordings. Remember to record the meeting as well if you need the video and audio from the meeting.
