Eduroam is the preferred Wi-Fi network for students, faculty and staff at Adler, but this service is also available at many other participating institutes. Your Adler credentials will grant access to any Eduroam network worldwide, and members of those institutes can log into Adler's Eduroam network. Anyone unable to connect to Eduroam will need to use the AU-Guest Wi-Fi network instead.
How to access the Eduroam Wi-Fi network
If you are a current student, faculty, or staff at Adler University, use your full Adler email address and password to access the eduroam Wi-fi network.
Note: Be sure to select Trust to trust the Adler certificate and successfully connect.

Additional Troubleshooting
Here are some of the most common fixes:
- Make sure you're using your full Adler email address in the username field
- Press "forget this network" in your Wi-Fi settings for the Eduroam network, then reconnect
- Try logging into Adler Connect or a PC in the computer lab to verify your password has not expired (you'll be prompted to update it, if so)
Note: After updating password, some people experience account lockouts when their device tries repeatedly to use the old password. To avoid this, remember to update your phone's Wi-Fi configuration when updating your password (for instance, by forgetting and reconnecting to Eduroam).
Still can't connect to Eduroam?
Connect to AU-Guest as a short-term workaround while you get in contact with Adler's Help Desk.
