Registration Reports

Registration reports collect information on the user's who've registered for an upcoming Zoom meeting. This report comes as a CSV file which can be opened in Microsoft Excel. Meetings need to have Registration enabled in order to generate registration reports.

  2. On the left-hand side of the page, click on "Reports"
  3. Click on "Meeting"
  4. Select, "Search by meeting ID," enter the meeting ID, and select "Search." If you don't have the meeting ID you can also search by a time range.
  5. On the far right of the meeting, select, "Generate."
  6. Choose the subset of registrants you would like to generate the report on. Select, "Continue."
  7. Zoom will add your report to the Report Queue. When it is ready, select "Download."
  8. Your browser will download the exported .csv as determined by your download preferences. It will go to Downloads by default or use the Save as function to save it to a location you prefer.
