How do I enter Emergency Contact information into Self-Service if I am a student?

1. Log into Self-Service via the following link:  Self-Service (adler.edu) 

2. Click your username as it appears in the top-right of the welcome page, as shown in the screenshot below...

3. Choose the My Emergency Contacts option in the drop-down menu, as shown in the screenshot below.

4. About half-way down the My Emergency Contacts page, you will see a button to + Add New Contact.  Click that button, as shown in the screenshot below.

5.  A pop-up form will appear (as shown in the below screenshot), allowing you to enter contact information details for your chosen emergency contact.  Enter the following details for your chosen Emergency Contact.  Following your input of the below fields, choose Add Contact, as shown in the screenshot below.

  • Name (first & last)
  • Relationship
  • At least one phone number with area code and/or country code, if applicable
  • Email Address
  • Select the Check Box for Emergency Contact, if not already selected
  • Select the Check Box for Missing Person Contact, if you'd prefer

6.  After click of the Add Contact button, you are all-set...thank you for helping us keep our campuses safe!
