Vancouver [email protected]  All Vancouver Campus New Students Includes all newly-admitted students at the Vancouver location, automatically moves to 'active' list after Day 10 of the student's initial academic term.

These lists are automated against Colleague, which means that as students and employees matriculate through the university, they will be added and removed from these lists automatically based on their record status in Colleague. If Colleague is not updated, the lists will not be updated and we are unable to manage the list membership manually.


If you believe an inaccurate Colleague record has resulted in incorrect Distribution List membership, please Submit a ticket. 


For access to Lists that allow Approved senders only, please submit an Edit Group Membership request.
