Colleague Security Change/update for Existing Users

Please submit a  "Request for Service" on the Technology Page via Adler Connect as seen below:


Navigate to "QUICK LINKS" via Adler Connect and click on "Technology Service Desk."


Scroll down and click "Request a Service."

Scroll to "Ellucian, Colleague Access", click on "REQUEST NOW".

Complete the form and click "PLACE REQUEST" ( see purple arrow )
