Time2Track: Transitioning to Multi-Year Authorization Keys (2025-2026)

As part of Adler University’s transition to multi-year authorization key subscriptions for our students, please find below some additional instructions on how to assign the different authorization keys for students especially for this upcoming academic year to ensure a smooth transition process.

  1. As an Institutional Administrator in the Time2Track portal, you will now find a set of authorization keys with varying durations (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 years) in your account. These keys operate in the same way as those issued in previous years; except that, when entered into a student’s account, each key will activate a subscription for the full time duration indicated:
    • For example, a student that activates a 3-year authorization key on September 1, 2025, will have an active account until September 1, 2028
    • These multi-year keys are designed to cover the entirety of a student’s remaining duration in their chosen program, removing the need to issue a new key for the same students each year.
    • For this process to work smoothly, it is essential that each student receives a key that aligns exactly with the number of years they have left until graduation.

Example:

    • Students with 3 years remaining in their respective programs should be assigned a 3-year key.
    • Students entering the first year of a program should be assigned an authorization key corresponding to the full duration of the program, from commencement through to completion

2. Assigning incorrect subscription lengths can create various issues down the line, so please make sure to verify the accuracy of all keys being distributed before assigning them to students .

Thank you.  Wishing you a great 2025-2026 academic year & and please do not hesitate to contact us know if you have any questions!
