How Do I Make Calls Using Microsoft Teams?

Calling in Teams supports basic Phone System features, such as call answering and initiating with integrated dial pad.

There are two ways you can call someone:

• Choosing a contact from the directory.
• Dialing a number

Call a Contact

• Click on the Calls icon
• Under the Calls section, click on Contacts
• Click on the call icon next to the contact of the person you want to reach.

Dial a Number

• Click on the Calls icon
• Dial the number on the dial pad or click Dial a number, and then enter the number of the person you want to reach by using the dial pad. Then click Call.

Note: Your number is displayed above the dial pad.  To call other Adler employees, you can dial their the 10 digit numbers or by their 4 digit extensions.

Call History

The Calls section shows a complete history of all your calls and any voicemails you have received.
