Missing Advising Tab in Self-Service or Requesting Advising Tab for Faculty/Staff


All Self-Service or Colleague security changes or modifications for existing faculty and staff must submit a "Service Request".
The reporting manager or employee can submit the request.
This also applies to Faculty who need access to the Advising Tab and resources in Self-Service.

Requests can be submitted via Adler Connect as described below:

Click on "Request A Service"







There is a required “Description” field that should be used to provide details ex. (add Advising Tab in Self-Service and the name/s of the person who will need the Advising access)
Used the required fields towards the bottom to provide additional details, such as what needs to be done, and reason for the access.

After completing the form, submit the form by clicking "Place Request."
