Adler University recommends the use of Bookings for managing calendars. We also allow connecting of Calendly accounts to Microsoft 365 accounts. Follow these steps to connect Calendly to your Adler calendar. The Adler Service Desk does not fully support the use of Calendly. If you have any issues with Calendly, please contact their Help Center at https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Sign up for Calendly with your Adler account
Navigate to https://calendly.com/app/signup to get started
Then enter their Adler email and choose Get Started
Calendly will recognize the account. Select Sign up with Office 365.
Log in at the Adler sign in page.
Select the microsoft account. If it asks to pick from between two different accounts, make sure it says it's an account created by the institution, not a personal account.
Since it's a new service, it will ask for MFA authentication.
Once approved, you can select your Calendly URL, Time zone, and see info about how your calendar will work. Press Continue to proceed through all screens after reading them. .
Select a role for Calendly's metrics then select Finish to complete.
