The first time you connect to eduroam, you will get the message about connecting to a new network. If you'd like to view eduroam's security certificate, select Show Certificate. When you're ready, select Continue to proceed.

Enter your network credentials to sign into the network. This will be your Adler Email address and Password.

Note: You may select Remember this information to save the password in Keychain. You will have to manually update it whenever you change your password though.

Remove credentials in Keychain

When troubleshooting issues connecting to eduroam, if you get the message that your credentials are incorrect, but you are not prompted for the credentials, it's likely that your password is saved in Keychain.

Open keychain and search for eduroam. Right click or hold ctrl and click on the entry for eduroam and select Delete "eduroam" from the context menu.

Sign back in to eduroam and it should prompt you for the credentials.

Forget eduroam network

If you don't have Keychain credentials saved for eduroam but it isn't taking the credentials you've provided, forget the network in your network settings so you can sign in again.

Open the network menu on the top-right of the screen. Select Wi-Fi settings at the bottom of the list.

Find eduroam in the list of Known networks. On the right side of the entry for the network, click on the ... menu and select Forget This Network

Sign back into the network and it should prompt you again for the credentials.
